How do I make a repeat order online for customised products I’ve ordered in the past?
You need to have ordered the customised item/s as a registered user of our new website (launched 29th August 2017). Go to: My Account > Purchases > Purchase History. Select the purchase no. you placed with the customised items/s you’d like to re-order on. Find item and click ‘REORDER’ to add to your basket.
Please note: If you’ve ordered customised items and checked out as a guest these will not be available to reorder online. You can of course customise any items again from the start.
When will my custom stamp/s be dispatched?
Usually within 5-10 working days of receiving your order confirmation email, but please allow for our max. delivery time of 28 working days just in case, though they will usually arrive much quicker. Our custom stamps are made by a specialist manufacturer off site which is why they take a little longer to produce. If you have any special requirements or need it for a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Why won’t the artwork I’m trying to upload for a ‘design your own’ sticker/ badge work?
Check that the image your uploading is either a JPG or PNG and is not an exceptionally large file. If you’re still experiencing problems we apologise, please email the artwork and number of stickers/ badges required to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can put a proof/ quote together for you.
Can I see a proof of my custom/ design your own artwork before you print it?
Of course! Email email@example.com quoting your order number and that you’d like to see a proof of your customised items. Please sent the request as soon as you’ve placed your order so we know you want to see a proof.
Order/ invoice FAQs
Will I receive a printed copy of my invoice/ receipt?
No, not unless you get in touch to specifically request one. We are trying to use less paper so all invoices/ receipts will be emailed to the email address you placed your order with. You will receive a printed Picking Ticket/ Dispatch Note with your order.
I paid for a tracked and signed for service, why didn't my order arrive the next day from my order date?
Please note our tracked and signed for service is not a guaranteed next day delivery service from date of order, it is tracked and signed from date of dispatch. Depending on the nature of your order we cannot guarantee a same day dispatch (for example if your order includes customised items). If you require your order urgently please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate.

What do I need to know about this marvellous online reward chart scheme, the one where I can earn free stickers?!
It’s pretty intuitive and will prompt you to add free stickers to your basket when you qualify for them. Please note: you need to be registered with our website to take advantage of our online reward chart, it will not be available to you if you checkout as a guest. I'm ordering on behalf of a school, can I place purchase orders online?
You certainly can! Just make sure you checkout with your school email, invoice and delivery address and a purchase order number. We've put together this handy info page with everything you need to know about placing your purchase orders online: Placing Purchase Orders Online.
How do I use my voucher code or gift voucher?
At the checkout enter your code in the relevant ‘Have a Promo Code?’ or ‘Apply a Gift Certificate’ box/es and and click 'APPLY'.
You've got a new website - why can't I login with my details from your previous website?
We went live with a new website on the 29th August 2017. Anyone who registered for our old website will need to re-register with our new one to login. This way all the data in our new system is the best it can be so we can give you the best user experience possible. Thanks for understanding.
