It’s nearly the end of the year and we wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on everything that’s been happening in the world of stickers in 2021.
We were very proud to start partner working with Ecologi in June. We now plant a tree for every single web and purchase order we receive and since we started we have planted 1001 trees and have met our target of planting 1000 trees by the end of 2021. We’ve also contributed to projects through Ecologi which offset carbon and support global communities. This year we have supported initiatives to develop wind farms in Bulgaria and protect lowland peat forest in Indonesia. With your support we’ve been able to offset a mighty 34 tonnes of carbon through these projects which is absolutely brilliant. We won’t stop there though! We’ll be setting ourselves new targets for 2022 and will be keeping you posted on our progress through our website and our Ecologi page.
This year has also seen us introduce more sustainable packaging, 90% of which is now biodegradable. This is just part of our ongoing commitment to making our business as sustainable as possible.
Our new loyalty reward scheme was also introduced this year and we’re pleased that it’s been a hit with you, our lovely customers. Every purchase you now make contributes to your point total so you can get free gifts, bonuses and special treats through your reward account.
Most of all though we’ve been super proud, as ever, to support our hard working customers in education, healthcare and at home, to work with children and young people through another difficult year. We love hearing about how you’re using our rewards to encourage and support children to achieve so please keep the feedback coming.
